Welcome to InstantHelp

1.Hi, we’re InstantHelp and we provide digital services. This agreement explains the rules that apply to the purchase or provision of services using the InstantHelp platform (“user terms“) .

2. When we refer to the “website” we are talking about the platform. When we say we , we’s , this is because we are and are the owners and administrators of the site.

3. Our user terms apply to any use of the site regardless of whether you are a member of the site or not. User terms are between you and InstantHelp. You agree to abide by the terms of our users when you visit our site. If you do not accept them, then you must leave our site because any use, other than agreement with these user terms, is not authorized.

Find and purchase services

4. You must be over 16 years old to browse the InstantHelp website. We do not knowingly collect information from people aged 16 and under. If you want to buy services or use other features of the site, you must be a member and be 18 years of age or older. Your registration is free. We call a member who buys our services a “buyer”. When we refer to you in these user terms we mean all users of the site (including buyers and service providers).

Before you buy
5. Buyers are responsible for selecting the appropriate services to meet their needs and to ensure that all aspects of the services, including their scope, number of revisions available and completion time meet their needs. Buyers should tell the service provider that they choose a complete update for each job.

6. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure and understand the terms of purchase of each of our services separately.

Payment, invoicing and taxes
7. Our services may change prices (or cancel services) without notice. The price will not change for any work already started.

8. All prices are reported and charged in Euro (€). You are responsible for any costs associated with currency conversion or bank charges

9. Buyers pay for services using one of the methods offered on the site (“payment method”). We will give you a work ID and issue a payment receipt. We will keep the payment until the job is closed.

10. Each of the following things must happen to “close” the job:

  • the buyer approves the result of the work.
  • Seven days have passed since the completion of the work without any difference.

11. Prices for services include all indirect taxes (such as VAT and sales taxes).

Members’ Promises to Other Members on InstantHelp

12.When you use the site, you make some promises to us, as well as to the other members you deal with. You promise that:

  • The information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete.
  • keep your account information up to date (including a current email address).
  • you are over 18 years old.
  • Your login information must be kept confidential (including your password).
  • If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or breach of security, you must notify us immediately.
  • you will be responsible for any access and activity to the site resulting from the use of your membership information.
  • you are not in a sanctioned country and are not on the sanction list.
  • you must not use a virtual private network or VPN or any other means to avoid compliance with these terms and conditions or for any fraudulent or illegal reason.
  • you will not violate any of the terms of the User, any Service Agreements and Additional Terms of Service Provider.
  • you will be fully involved in the dispute resolution process. and
  • you will follow any other InstantHelp policies or rules that apply to the site, such as community and behavior rules.

Things you can not do

13.Agree that you will not:

  • Use a fake email address, impersonate others, or mislead others.
  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to computer systems or content through the Website;
  • try to communicate with other members through the site or use any information obtained from the site with the intention of making a private arrangement that would otherwise be made using the site;

  • Publish your contact information on the Website or any communications through the Website. Contact information includes your email address, street address, Skype name and phone number (but not social media handles).
  • enter any settings that do not comply with these user terms or the service agreement;
  • are involved in automatically collecting information from or through the Website (such as “database retrieval” or email collection).
  • try to interrupt or change the operation of the site in any way (for example by sending mass spam, flood servers or virus intro, trojan horse, worm, cancelbot or other computer routine).
  • use the site or any of its contents in a manner that violates applicable law, infringes on intellectual property or other rights of us or others, or is fraudulent, obscene, unprofessional, offensive, misleading or defamatory.
  • disclose information about any other member you receive through the site that is reasonably considered confidential or marked as confidential. or
  • modify, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, copy, transmit, execute, create derivative works from, transfer or sell or resell any information, software, products or services received from or through the Website, other than those rights granted to you under these user terms or a service agreement.


14. The site will usually be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sometimes we may need to suspend or suspend your access to the Site or the provision of the Site Platform for maintenance, technical or other reasons. We will always try to let you know if possible and we will try to keep these holidays to a minimum. We have no control over the availability of services or service providers.

Guarantees and refunds

15. If a buyer wants a refund for a job that has started but has not yet been completed, the buyer must file a dispute so that we can evaluate the claim through the dispute resolution process.

Once a job is completed, payment will only be refunded as required by non-exclusive law. To request a refund on a completed job, a buyer can claim support. We will evaluate the claims based on their value, in terms of the digital nature of the material and services, as well as the communications between us before completion.

There is no refund obligation for reasons including whether the buyer:

  • changed his mind about the services.
  • bought the services by mistake?
  • does not have sufficient expertise to use the materials (unless the services meet the requirements of the form)
